The objective of the TVC Labs digital marketer role is to work as a member of the TVC Labs team with the responsibilities of developing strong and innovative strategies that promote the TVC Labs brand, its products, and services through social media, websites and apps.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include the effective use of all digital marketing tools and techniques including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC).

You will have a strong enough grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You should be able to work with an outsourced marketing team, internal team members (such as partnerships and operations), and others as needed to execute campaigns on time and to budget.

Here are some of the tasks you will be expected to execute as our ideal digital marketing team member.

Building and maintaining the TVC Labs brand’s presence across multiple social media channels

Creating, executing and monitoring TVC Labs marketing campaign budgets

Managing the TVC Labs website, maintain it and track website traffic flow, keeping best practices in mind

Working with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc. optimising content for the website and social media platforms

Running and optimising adverts for social media (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) and search engines (Google, Bing)

Collaborating with partnerships, programs and other internal teams to improve marketing results and identify innovative growth strategies

Measuring key performance metrics, including marketing campaigns, website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment and preparing reports on the performance

Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.

Implement and analyse performance metrics, measuring and assessing goals based on return on investment (ROI)

Devise experiments and conversion tests providing internal reports on a regular basis

Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms taking emerging trends into account

Skills & Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or other relevant fields with experience in digital marketing or advertising roles

Relevant marketing experience including working with marketing automation platforms and knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices with in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Excellent written and oral communication combined with strong analytical thinking, impeccable organisation and attention to detail.

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team both online and offline.

Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate potential and actual results of activities
